2Al + 3H2O → Al2O3 + 3H2 Ratios of moles available to coefficient of reactant: Al: 5.6/2 = 2.8 H2O: 6.2/3 = 2.1 H2O has a lower ratio of moles to coefficient so it is the limiting reactant.
