Kamizamurai, your initial answer was correct. The domain is the set of all real numbers since you can plug in any real number for x to get some output for y. The domain in interval notation is \(\Large (-\infty, \infty)\) that interval basically says "any number between negative infinity and positive infinity, ie any real number, is in the domain"
