For an angle in standard position, which quadrant does -pi/2 lie?

Maybe I'm just too tired and missing something, but can't you convert -pi/2 into degrees and see which quadrant it is after making an angle relative to the standard angle with that?
So -pi/2 is just -90 degrees, which lies on the negative y axis.
what do you mean by standard position?
