Ok, first you have to analyze in the situation when the spring if full extended. F=ma -> kx=ma -> 25*0.1=0.5*a ... (I got the K from the graph). Once you have the "a" ... d=Vt+1/2at^2 ... answer 0.28 ... is it clear? :S
