Please help i dont know how to do this :) Find the final equilibrium temperature when 20.0 g of milk at 10.0°C is added to 200 g of coffee with a temperature of 90.0°C. Assume the specific heats of coffee and milk are the same as for water (cp,w = 4.19 J / g • °C), and disregard the heat capacity of the container.

can you help me @ParthKohli

Parth (parthkohli):

Sorry, dunno thermodynamics.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its ok do you know anyone on here that does?

Parth (parthkohli):

Probably everyone else.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thanks for the help :)

Since specific heats are same you can easily assume that you are mixing water with water Thus it becomes 20.0g of 10.0C water added to 200g of 90.0C water =)
