alex, i am not sure but i think both ASA and SAS can be used.
WZ is the same side for both. angle vwz= angle zwy as given that wz line bisects VWY AS angle V= angle Y, Tringle VWY is isosceles and sides VW=WY. this is enough for SAS. But, we got angle V= angle Y as well; turning ASA plausible as well.
AAS strikes first cuz we're given two pairs of angles congruent and a pair of congruent sides. <V = <Y <VWZ = <YWZ VZ = ZY

But the answer is a. AAS because ANGLE v= ANGLE y ANGLE vwz=zwy wz=wz, same side AND BY AAS postulate, two angles and non included side are equal in two trinagles, they are congruent. alex, sorry for not figuring tis out. thanks ganesh
