Okay, so I was asked how many grams of O2 are required to react with 0.125g of lead (ii) sulfide. The equation is: 2PbS + 3O2 --> 2PbO + 2SO2 My answer was 0.095 g. O2, but it said I was incorrect... Did I just round the improper amount of significant figures? Should it be 0.0951 g. instead?

I got something totally different. Can you show me what you did?

It turns out I accidentally looked at a different element when I was calculating the molar mass of Pb. Silly mistake ^ ^; Thanks for going through the trouble of figuring out the problem to help, though! I appreciate it!

No problem. Good luck.
