the limit!
if you make a common denominator in the numerator, what do you get?
3 ? :/
the way these typically work is that after the dust settles, you have \[\frac{h*\text{something}}{h}\]and you can cancel out the \(h\) terms and then evaluate the limit of <something>.
So you need to combine the two numerator terms into one by rationalizing and making a common denominator. Give it a try.
