The top has a positive charge Q evenly distributed , and the bottom half has a negative charge (-Q), ,also evenly distributed.If the voltage is zero at infinity, the voltage evaluated in the center of the ring is A. depends on the trajectory used to go from infinity to the center B.negative C.positive D.zero is it D ?

I would say it is D
since voltage is KQ/r and Vtot=V1+V2 and r and K are the same Q have the same magnitude but opposite signs so they equal zero
