Get the time t from the equation for distance fallen, s = 10m = (1/2) g t^2 the horizontal distance from the table is D = v t = 4 m, which gives you v. The acceleration, a, from v=0 to the v you just found is obtained from v^2 = 2 a s, where s = 2 m, the length along the table.
