Ought a dilute solution of Alka-Seltzer exhibit buffering activity?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I ran down a tablet in 100mL of distilled water, then took 20mL of the solution and increased the volume using distilled H2O to 100mL again and titrated it with 0.1140M NaOH

I chose phenolphthalein as my indicator because it has a good endpoint, but on my titration curve I can't seem to see buffering activity even though the Alka-Seltzer is supposed to be an extremely potent buffer.

I know that Alka-Seltzer is composed of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate and that the two act as a buffer, but I don't know how much of each remained after the dilution.
