well according to henry's law.... the quantity of gas which is dissolved in the liquid you taken is directly proportional to the partial pressure of the gas.......... i wish you got the point... which means.... we are already aware of the pressure changes at hill stations and sea levels.... so this pressure changes do matter in the changes in the partial pressure of gas which makes it to fizz early at hill stations.
