I may not be right, but inorganic reactions usually can be done using retrosynthesis from a more complex one to more simpler one .

I did a quick search and found that Iron trisoxalate decomposes under uv light (through a redox that releases CO2) to Iron bisoxalate, but not sure if this would occur again to yield Iron oxalate, the page i looked at didn't mention that.
