Increasing the concentration would push the reaction backward and decrease the concentration of CO, so (a) looks good.
Since you are told the reaction is exothermic, increasing the temp would also push the reaction backward.
And, because the right side of the reaction has more molecules, increasing the pressure would also push the reaction backward.
