Is it possible for the equivalence point of a titration to not be at pH 7? Explain your answer.

Well, that means the product being formed is not water, since pH of water is 7.

If you have NaOH + HCl \(\rightarrow\) H\(_2\)O + NaCl but, if you have something like acetic acid + water, your product isn't going to be water, it will be something else, which will display a higher than 7 pH.

Well, the answer is Yes. Like I explained above. Titration is usually acid-base reactions.
