Quick question. If n <= M for every n in N, then n - 1 <= M - 1, and n < M-1, right ?

Oops, forgot to say M is the least upper bound for N :D

I don't think so, n-1\(\leq\) M -1 how can you just get rid of 1 from the left hand side to get n \(\leq\) M-1
