i would start by changing it from \[-4x^2+4x+3>0\] to \[4x^2-4x-3<0\] i.e. multiply by \(-1\) then it is easier to factor it

when you factor, you get \[(2x+1)(2x-3)<0\] and now the zeros are easy to find, they are \(-\frac{1}{2}\) and \(\frac{3}{2}\)

then since this is a parabola that opens up, it is negative between the zeros and positive outside them you want negative (less than zero) so it will be \[-\frac{1}{2}<x<\frac{3}{2}\]
