What is the total mass in grams of 0.75 mole of SO2 help !! I still don't get how to work the problem

Hi. Atomic mass of sulphur (<-UK spelling!) is 32 amu (<-atomic mass units) Atomic mass of oxygen is 16 Therefore molar mass of SO2 = 32 + (16 x 2) (one sulphur, two oxygens - see?) = 64g So the mass of 0.75 mole SO2 is 0.75 x 64 =48g Does that make sense? Regards from England.
