Chemistry I - Gases True or False? A real gas experiences some attraction and repulsion between its molecules when the temperature is very low and the pressure is very high.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it would be true, but when pressure is high enough and temperatures are cold enough the attracting forces dominate and the gas becomes a liquid. Also, all real gasses experience some attraction and repulsion no matter what the temperature and pressure.

OpenStudy (gebooors):

When gas is treated as ideal gas, temperature is much over boiling point And pressure is low. as zeonanomus wrote, in low temperature attractive force between molecules dominate.
