The equation is not balanced because the number of atoms of each element on the left is not equal to their numbers on the right. B. The equation is not balanced because there are not any numbers in front of the compounds. C. The equation is balanced because it has equal amounts of reactants and products. D. The equation is balanced because it has one of each compound.

I believe it's incorrect because of the imbalance. You see that the amount of atoms on either side don't equal up to eachother. so I believe it's A
