CaSO4 (Ksp = 2.4 × 10−5 ) has a larger Ksp value than that of Ag2SO4 (Ksp = 1.4 × 10−5 ). Does it necessarily follow that CaSO4 also has greater solubility (g/L)? Explain.

For that first find the Equation of solubility for both CaSO4 and Ag2SO4 in terms of Ksp. Then you can easily compare them.

No, it doesn't. The reason is that the difference in the stoichiometric numbers between silver sulfate and calcium sulfate make the comparison invalid. On the other hand, you will be able to compare the relative solubilities of AgCl, AgBr and AgI for instance.
