Wasn't this the same question I helped you with yesterday? You should generally start by writing the balanced equation for the chemical reaction taking place in the acid-base neutralization. (We did this.) Then, find the number of moles of KOH, and follow the rest of the steps I explained yesterday.

HNO3 : KOH 1 : 1 C1V1 = C2 V2 C1 X 20 = 0.5 X 40 C1 = 0.5 X 40 / 20 = 1 M is HNO3
