Explain why a weak acid can have a pH of 2?

OpenStudy (accessdenied):

We often associate lower pH values with stronger acids. However, pH is just a convenient metric based on the concentration of Hydrogen ions in solution. If you increase the concentration of Hydrogen ions, you would be getting a comparatively stronger acid even though the acid only partially dissociates its Hydrogen ions. So if the concentration of Hydrogen ions increases, can you see how pH would be affected?
