write out the equation which is CsOH+HBr=CsBr+H2O moles HBr = .0264L * .25mol/Liter = =.0066 since its a 1 to 1 ratio the moles of HBr=moles of CsOH .0066mol/.03L = .22M CsOH
CsOH : HBr 1 : 1 so use the formula C1V1 = C2V2
