OpenStudy (elleblythe):

How do I write the a). balanced molecular equation b). total ionic equation c). net ionic equation of ammonia + hydrobromic acid?

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

What are the formulae for ammonia and hydrogen bromide?

OpenStudy (elleblythe):

ammonia is NH3, hydrobromic acid is HBr @Vincent-Lyon.Fr

OpenStudy (elleblythe):

I tried answering it and this is what I got: a). \[NH3(aq)+HBr(aq)-->NH4(aq)^-(aq)Br ^{-}(aq)\] b). \[NH3(aq)+H^+(aq)+Br^-(aq)-->NH4^+(aq)+Br^-(aq)\] c). \[NH3+H^+(aq)-->NH4^+(aq)\] Are my answers right??

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

Almost! Balanced molecular equation does not allow ions. So you would write: \( NH_3+HBr \rightarrow NH_4Br\) The rest lokks ok to me.
