The name of the given compound is 1,2-dibromometane (CH2BrCH2Br). it does not have any polar groups substituents such as OH, NO2 etc. So, this compound insoluble in water due to presence of nonpolar molecule

It has polar bonds but not polarity because the bonds cancel each other out. Am i right?
