Since the activation energy of the reactants is higher than the potential energy of the products, this reaction is exothermic.

As for enthalpy change, you can't really determine an exact number from that diagram, since there are no numbers, but an exothermic reaction always has a negative enthalpy change. Hope this helps! :D
