A chemical reaction is at equilibrium. What will be the effect if more of the product is added? 1.The reaction will shift to the left (toward the reactants). 2. There will be no effect; the reaction will stay at equilibrium. 3.The reaction will shift to the right (toward the products).

Anyways, the reaction will shift left because when more products are added on the right. There would be a shift to the left to make more reactants to "reach equilibrium again"
