my question is if the temp is increased or pressure decreased and the question is talking about yield of product side, does that mean these changes are on the product side?

Well in some sense they are happening to both sides. In order to increase one side you have to decrease the other side. But when they talk about product and reactant, reactant is on the left and product, which is really the same thing as the yield, is on the right. So depending on how hot or cold or how much pressure you put on it, it will either favor the reaction going more to the left or right. But at any single point in time you will have a little of both. This is a reversible reaction, so depending on these conditions you might have a little more or less of one thing or the other.

@Somy : It simply means that these changes are applied to the entire system at equilibrium. So you have to think in terms of how the temperature increase and pressure decrease would affect the position of the equilibrium.

If the equilibrium shifts to the right, it means more NO and water would be there in the equilibrium mixture at that point of time. If the equilibrium shifts to the left, it means more of NH3 and O2 are present in the equilibrium mixture at that point of time.
