What volume of 0.1 M NaOH is required to neutralize 30 mL of 0.1 M HCl?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@hthomps14 HCl disassociates in water at nearly completely. In fact, it is such a complete disassociation that it is not possible to measure the amount of HCl that did not disassociate. So, you need to know the molar mass of HCl, and figure out how many H and Cl atoms would be present in 30 mL of a 0.1 M solution. HCl has a molar mass of 36.46g g/M. NaOH has a molar mass of 39.997 g/M and also has near complete disassociation. Can you take if from there? Or do you want more help
