I am not the type of person to help with Chemistry, but if I remember correctly, Hess's law states that when you reverse a chemical equation, the sign of \(\Delta H\) \(\textbf{does}\) change. Using the rest of my knowledge I can concluded that C & D are bogus answers, leaving us with A. Hess's law on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hess%27s_law
