this is an alpha decay rxn, so the reactant loses two protons and a total mass of 4, so just choose the one that makes sense. If Polonium loses 2 proton, then the atomic number would be 82, so immediately you can eliminate the second and the last answer. The mass should be 208 (since 212 take away 4 is 208), so the first is your answer :)
