A .15 M solution butanoic acid contains 1.51x10^-3 M H30+. Find Ka of the butanoic acid?

For this problem, i have a question about the way it is worked out. Looking at the solution they show that [H3O]+ = [C3H7COO-] =1.51x10^-3 . Why is that?

Assume HX is an acid.And below is the equation for its dissociation HX --->H+ + X- according to the equation , the no of moles of H+ and the number of moles of X- produced by dissociation of HX is same.

@sre so is it b/c their mole ratio is the same, that is why they equal to each other?
