A particular compound has stronger hydrogen bonds than water. A student states that this substance probably has a higher specific heat than water. Do you agree with this statement? Explain your answer.

According to electronegativities, HF would have Stronger Hydrogen bonds than water. I think number of Hydrogen molecules has influence to Specific heat and also molecules mass. I would not agree without further information.
