please help, arrange the following from most to least oxidized: I.CH3CH3 II.CH3CH2-OH O || III. CH3CH please explain how you determine which is least/most oxidized... or link me to a helpful website.

ester /acid is more oxidized than ketones and aldehyde which is more than alcohol which is more than alkane Count the number of oxydation in the case of alkane it's obliviously the less oxidized for alcohol the Carbon bearing the -OH is +1 since O is -2 and H +1 The one bearing the Ketone is +2 since there is no H anymore if you have COOH the Carbon is +3 So III<II<I
