If 1.6 moles of an ideal gas are at a temperature of 25c and a pressure of 0.91 atm hg, what volume would the gas occupy, in liters?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Apply equation. PV=nRT P=pressure in atm V=volume in m^3 n=number of moles R=Universal gas constant = 8.314 J K^-1 mol^1 T= temperature in kelvin

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have to use the formula PV=nRT R = 0.0821 J*K/mole*atm Temp should be in Kelvin add 273 in 25C :)

Also, you have to derive the formula :)
