A current of 3.20 A in a solenoid produces a magnetic field of 4.0 × 10^-3 T. The current is changed to 6.40 A. What is the magnitude of the magnetic field after the change?

@ganeshie8
you have formula to find out the magnetic field. It says \(B = \dfrac{\mu_0 I}{2\pi r}\) you have to use that formula to find the radius of the solenoid r. and then, use that radius to find out B when current changed to 6.40A
But it is physics, why do you post it here?
It's partially math too lol. Physics is always dead and doesnt get as much attention as math.
hahaha... you are...... sassy, it's 100% physics. not partial math. However, you got the way, right? good luck
@Loser66 Okay, thanks for your help on the other problem. I know this question is posted in the wrong topic but I still need help on it! I went and looked back in my notes and realized that we haven't learned about this yet. We learned the formula for magnetic force but we never learned the formula you just gave me. I think I could solve the problem if I knew what that u0 stood for.
