first of all write a balanced equation between BaOH2 and HNO3
then you have molarity and volume of HNO3 so find mole using molarity= mole/ volume thus mole= molarity * volume
then after u find the mole, look at the ratio between Ba(OH)2 and HNO3 then according to that ratio u can find mole of Ba(OH)3 then use molarity= mole/ volume since u'll find mole and u already have volume now u can find molarity of Ba(OH)2
if its not clear let me know i'll show with numbers, but i hope u get it :)
btw its HNO or HNO3? well whatever that is u still do same working :)
