OpenStudy (biokiiller396):

Determine the [H+] and [OH-] of an HCL solution with a pH of 3.25. How do I do this?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

use these relations \(pH=-log[H^+]\) \([OH^-]*[H^+]=1.0*10^{-14}\) Note: HCl is considered to be a strong acid, so you can assume that it fully ionizes.

OpenStudy (biokiiller396):

I still don't get it I also have that 10-pH = [H+] and 10-pOH = [OH-] but when I try to plug things into my calculator it says error

OpenStudy (biokiiller396):

Nevermind I think I got it thanks
