This is a aqueous solution. The Solute is what is being dissolved. The Solvent is what works to dissolve the solute. In this case, the Sodium Hydroxide is the Solute and the Water is the Solvent.

By the way I called it by the wrong name by accident, its not Sodium Hydroxide, its Sodium Nitrate.
