I think it's the slant of the line that changes, yeah.

if the medal starts at 25 degrees, instead of -100 degrees celsius, you will have a new function g(x) = 89x + 25

OpenStudy (perl):

to go from the old function f(x) = 89x -100 to g(x) = 89x + 25, you have to vertically shift f(x) up 125 units
