What is the relationship between concentration and rate of reaction?

OpenStudy (colouringme):

the higher the concentration, the faster the rate

OpenStudy (abb0t):

K\(\sf _a\) = \(\sf \frac{[A][C]}{[B]}\) That's how.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The rate of reaction speeds up as the concentration goes up because there will be more collision. Remember that in order for a reaction to occur, the molecules must collide with enough energy at the exact required angle. The likelihood of this happening will increase as concentration increases because there are just simply more molecules.
