Then the blood corpuscles will shrink
This will happen because, water from inside the blood corpuscles will come out towards the more concentrated plasma

Osmosis is the spontaneous net movement of solvent molecules through a partially permeable membrane into a region of higher solute concentration, in the direction that tends to equalize the solute concentrations on the two sides.
Now when u add sodium in plasma then the solute concentration of plasma increases than that inside the blood corpuscles. Solvent molecules inside it rush towards the plasma from inside it to equalise the increased concentration difference.This will cause the corpuscles to shrink
