ok, well then since you're dilating from the origin, there's no other annoying adding or subtracting which is good
Simply dilating meaning that your multiplying the distance of the end points from the origin. Since the factor is two, you really just need to multiply the numbers you gave by two. U (-2,6) turns into U' (-4,12). Do you see? After doing the same with V, you're golden
Once you get your resulting coordinates, line them up with the answers and see which ones fit

I never look at answers. I recommend you answer my question. We can just prove what the right answer is an in this way, we'll even know if the right answer is not among the given choices.
