Which property is true for metals? localized electrons high electronegativity low ionization energies tightly held valence electrons @Somy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it A

@Somy @sweetburger

OpenStudy (somy):

i think its C im not sure

OpenStudy (somy):

yup its for sure C

OpenStudy (sweetburger):

Alright the the valence electrons of lots of metals are not tightly held so we can eliminate that, EN increases as you go up and to the right so that is pointing towards the non metals so we can eliminate that, delocalized electrons are associated with metals not localized so yea its C.
