OpenStudy (somy):

P gets oxidized from \[P ^{0}\rightarrow P ^{+5}+5e^-\] and N gets reduced from \[N ^{+5} + 3e^- \rightarrow N ^{+2} \] they are not really balanced since i didn't use coefficients but hope you got the idea though im not sure if this is what you were asking for
