Ok. I've got a decomposition reaction of 1.4 M initial H2O2 that occurs so that after 3 minutes, 0.83 M is left. I need to figure out the rate of the reaction. Thanks!

Does your class use derivatives or calculus?

calc

OpenStudy (kainui):

Are you given any other information?

OpenStudy (kainui):

Like, the order of the reaction, that would be helpful if you want to determine the rate law.

OpenStudy (kainui):

The problem here is that we can say there are multiple ways that it's decaying. It could look like this: |dw:1403145478852:dw| See, these are both possible rates it can decay while having the same concentration at the beginning and after 3 minutes.
