A car traveling at 98 km/h comes to a stop in 15 s. What is the car's acceleration in km/h/s?

OpenStudy (disqin):

please clarify your unit of acceleration unit. It's \[\mathrm {km}\cdot h^{-2}\] or \[\mathrm {km}\cdot s^{-2}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats what the question says is km/h/s

-6.5 km/h/s 6.5 km/h/s -0.15 km/h/s 0.15km/h/s

those are my only answer choices

As light shines from air to water (n = 1.43) at an incident angle of 36.0 º, what is its angle of refraction? could you help me with this one last problem im trying to finish this class and this is the last question and i only have 5 minutes

OpenStudy (disqin):

I had deleted my previous answer as there was a minor error in that. It was not having the negative sign. By newton's first equation of motion, \[v=u+at\]\[a=v−ut\]as given\[u=98km⋅h^{−1}\]\[v=0\] Hence\[a=\frac{0−(98km.h^{−1})}{15s}\]\[a=-6.533km⋅h^{−1}⋅s^{−1}\]
