chem question help asap
howdo i do this
C6H12O6+6O2-->6CO2+6H2O E = m × c × θ E is the energy transferred in joules, J m is the mass of the substances in kg c is the specific heat capacity in J / kg °C θ (‘theta’) is the temperature change in degrees Celsius, °C Calculate Temperature Change=(34.1-22.4) q=850*847*(34.1-22.4)=8423415 J were release to the 3.3 grams of glucose Number of Moles=Mass(g)/Molar Mass(g/mol) 3.3/(12*6)+(12*1)+(16*6)=moles of glucose \[0.018333moles-->8423415 \[1mole-->xJoule\]
1*8423415/0.01833=459542553.191 Joule
okay so i'm going to try this and see what i get just to make sure i'm doing it correctly
okay so i come up with a number really close to it. I came up with 435747.54J I think that's close enough. Thanks for helping me understand this problem
