now take square on both sides..to remove sqrt. and then solve it for x. you will get x=9

ok..see... taking square on both sides.. \[(\sqrt{\frac{ x }{ 4 }})^2 = 3^2\] now square and sqrt are cncled by each other so the term left is =>\[\frac{ x }{ 4 }=9\] okay..???

now multiply both sides by 4 to make x denominator free...!!then \[\frac{ x }{ 4 }\times4=9\times4\] x=9times4=36 => x=36
